Journaling exercise

It's commonly understood that fixating on unfinished tasks or upcoming events can make it difficult to fall asleep at night. However, this also applies to emotional experiences you may have yet to have the chance to process during the day. Journaling empties and calms your mind, enabling you to work through and reflect upon your thoughts and feelings.

What to do:

Try one of our journaling exercises in the app. If you find that traditional journaling methods don't suit you, there are a variety of other techniques available to externalise your thoughts and process your emotions.

Make it measurable:

If you do any exercise in the app, we automatically collect this exercise which influences your mindfulness score. For example, if you have connected Apple Health with the app. We can gather data from apps like calm, headspace, etc. The exercises you have made there will increase your Mindfulness Score. And then, we can show you how the journaling exercises you did impact your time to fall asleep!
