The Mind Score is a tool that helps you track your mindful minutes and understand the delicate balance between your mindfulness practices and your stress levels.
Your Mind Score graph emphasises the integration of mindful activities and the influence of your stress. As you actively participate in more mindful activities, your Mind Score rises, indicating positive strides in stress reduction and overall well-being.
To assess stress levels, we utilise heart rate data during non-active periods, where an increase above the baseline indicates the addition of stress to the calculation.
Achieving an optimal Mind Score means striking the perfect balance between mindfulness and stress reduction.
We integrated the Mind Score so you can quantify how many minutes per day you did mindful activities and can create a relationship to, e.g. your Recovery or your stress level.
